Chemical Feeding and Control

Injection:
Veraflux should be injected continuously into the RO feedwater line, downstream of multimedia filters, and cartridge filters in the presence of a static mixer. In the absence of a static mixer, dosing upstream of the cartridge filters will serve as a substitute to improve mixing.

Dosing:
Dosage should be determined by modelling using AWC Proton® membrane antiscalant projection software. Please contact us to discuss further, and find the best product to solve your water treatment problems.

Dilution:
If dose rates are too low for this product it may be diluted prior to use. This product should only be diluted by the plant operation staff at the point of use. If the product must be diluted more than 10X, it should be used within 2 – 3 weeks to avoid biological growth.
